• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for onshore and offshore teams-
  
• Ensure that teams follow Scrum best practices, are focused on delivering value, and continuously improve-
  
• Coach and mentor the development team on project management methodologies to enhance productivity-
  
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables-
  
• Take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality requirements are met-
  
• Assist in breaking down complex tasks into actionable components with clear acceptance criteria-
  
• Identify and eliminate impediments to team progress for successful sprint delivery-
  
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders-
