Role : IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates for contract/temporary roles using job boards, social media, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.

• Good Experience into contract staffing (C2H)

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring contract positions.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.

• Ensure accurate documentation of candidate profiles and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Support onboarding processes including document collection, background checks, and contract signing.

• Maintain communication with active contractors regarding extensions, feedback, and general support.

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment and sales teams to understand client requirements and timelines.

• Track and report candidate and job order activity regularly.
