    Internship Opportunity: HR Tech Sales Intern (Work from Office)

    • Duration: 3 month 
    • Stipend: 8000 to 10000/ month

    Working days: 5 days, 10Am to 7Pm

    About the Role:


    Are you looking to kick-start your career in B2B sales and HR technology We're offering a hands-on internship where you'll get the opportunity to learn the sales lifecycle, work closely with decision-makers, and help organizations find smarter recruitment solutions.
    This role is perfect for someone who is communicative, energetic, and eager to grow in the tech sales domain!

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients for HR Tech solutions.
    • Generate leads through LinkedIn, emails, WhatsApp, and cold outreach.
    • Understand client needs and pitch suitable recruitment services or SaaS solutions.
    • Set up demo calls and coordinate with the business development team.
    • Maintain and update CRM/reporting sheets regularly.
    • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to increase conversion.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve messaging and outreach.

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English preferred).
    • Interest in HR Tech, B2B sales, or recruitment domain.
    • Basic understanding of LinkedIn and WhatsApp-based outreach.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to learn.
    • Available for full-time internship for 3 months (Work from Office).
