Designation: Sales Executive (Voice Process)
Experience: At least 6 months experience in a similar role in any International Call Center (Voice Process). Open to freshers as long as they have good verbal communication skills in English and a flair to sell.
Salary: Not a bar for deserving candidates

Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Identify and understand the customer?s needs well and position appropriate product / solution.
Build know- how on the product line to provide customers with quick & relevant solutions / information.
Strive to meet the sales targets.
Accurate system up- dation on orders made, customer interactions, transactions.
Whenever necessary, route calls to appropriate channel / resource person.
Ensure follow up on customer calls where necessary.
Complete call logs.
Complete call reports.
Soft Skills Needed:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Patient & attentive listening & comprehension.
Ability to persuade and negotiate.
