Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with a strong background in data visualization and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, with hands-on expertise in Power BI, Snowflake, MS SQL, and PL/SQL. The role involves building and optimizing interactive dashboards, migrating existing reports, and delivering insightful analytics solutions that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  
• Migrate SSRS/Tabular reports to Power BI Paginated Reports.
  
• Connect and integrate reports with diverse data sources including Snowflake, on-premise databases, cloud services, and flat files.
  
• Work with Power BI Desktop, Service, Gateway, and Report Server.
  
• Create Paginated Reports using Report Builder.
  
• Write advanced DAX queries and Power Query (M) scripts.
  
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS)both static and dynamic.
  
• Perform data modeling, cleansing, aggregation, and validation.
  
• Collaborate with business users to gather and refine reporting requirements.
  
• Apply best practices in ETL, data architecture, and performance optimization.
  

Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Power BI report development and publishing.
  
• Strong experience working with Snowflake as a data source.
  
• Solid command over MS SQL and PL/SQL.
  
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).
  
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in Paginated Reports and SSRS migration.
  
• Capable of handling large datasets and optimizing performance.
