Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive order booking and achieve sales targets aligned with the companys strategic plan.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies specific to the Bangalore region and industrial segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key consultants, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through market mapping and strategic outreach.
  • Ensure gross margin targets are met while maintaining pricing discipline and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to order finalization and project handover to the project team.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, proposal, and project teams for seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence to support strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with the sales process, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Assist in collections and support finance teams in achieving payment milestones.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical (similar field)
  • B.Sc. (PCM) candidates with strong technical acumen may also apply.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent post-graduate qualification is prefered.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical/industrial/B2C/project sales, preferably in the HVAC, Cleanroom or EPC domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term business partnerships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region as per business needs.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, or indstrial projects will be an added advantage.
