SEO Analyst
Location: On-site (Work from Office)

Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on SEO Analyst to lead the search optimization efforts for our high-frequency, AI-powered news platform in the blockchain and crypto research space. Youll be responsible for ensuring that every piece of content is indexed fast, ranked high, and discovered widely across Google Search, Google News, Google Discover, and social channels.
Youll work primarily inside WordPress and other SEO toolsets to manage meta structure, schema, indexing, site health, and content discoverability. You may also contribute to SEO and visibility efforts for our proprietary data visualization platform, which presents live blockchain/crypto analytics to a global audience.
This is not a writing job. Occasionally you will write SEO Content youll make it rank, perform, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Spectrum SEO Management
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, slugs, and taxonomies using Rank Math or Yoast
- Implement structured data (schema) using plugins or custom JSON-LD
- Manage and monitor crawl health, indexation, and URL hygiene via Google Search Console
- Maintain canonicalization, robots.txt, and clean site architecture
- Ensure all posts meet criteria for Google News and Google Discover
- Optimize internal linking, category/tag hierarchy, archive discoverability, and sitemap structures
- Work with developers to meet Core Web Vitals, mobile-first, and performance benchmarks
- Troubleshoot indexing issues and improve time-to-index on fresh content
Performance Analysis & SEO Intelligence
- Monitor SEO KPIs through GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and internal dashboards
- Track user engagement (CTR, bounce rate, scroll depth, etc.) and optimize pages accordingly
- Diagnose crawl and performance issues using Screaming Frog, Clarity, GTM, and other diagnostic tools
- Research and reverse-engineer SEO strategies from top competitors (CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, Decrypt, etc.)
- Analyze traffic trends and help shape content targeting and coverage strategy

Social SEO & Content Distribution Support
- Ensure proper implementation of Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata
- Track distribution traffic using UTM parameters for Telegram, X (Twitter), newsletters, etc.
- Monitor CTR and Discover engagement on shared links and make data-driven improvements
- Assist in cross-channel performance testing and optimization
Data Platform SEO (Optional/Additional)
- Support SEO, discoverability, and indexing strategy for our blockchain data visualization tool
- Ensure interactive charts, dashboards, and datasets are properly crawled and linked
- Help integrate structured data and semantic SEO for real-time analytics features
Tools Youll Use
- SEO Platforms: Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, Rank Math/Yoast, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Ubersuggest (optional)
- CMS: WordPress
- Analytics & Tracking: Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Site Kit
- Performance Monitoring: Internal dashboards, crawl diagnostics, Discover analytics, link tracking
- Social Optimization: OG/Twitter metadata tools, UTM link builders
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in SEO analysis or technical SEO roles
- Deep understanding of on-page SEO, indexing, schema, and crawl optimization
- Proficiency with WordPress and SEO plugins (Rank Math, Yoast)
- Experience managing large volumes of content at scale
- Comfortable diagnosing technical SEO issues with tools like Screaming Frog and GSC
- Familiar with Google Discover, Google News, and high-frequency publishing challenges
- Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation skills and dashboard fluency
- Bonus: Familiarity or interest in crypto, Web3, blockchain, or finance research
