Own the EI & Payments product roadmap and strategy end-to-end
Define, prioritize, and deliver features with clear business impact
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams to align goals
Be the product face for customers lead demos, roadmap discussions, and feedback loops
Drive usage, engagement, and client satisfaction through data-informed iterations
Define and track product KPIs, and run experiments to optimize outcomes
Simplify complex problems and propose scalable, user-first solutions
Work closely with UX to create intuitive, impactful experiences
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
Influence decision-making across teams with logic, clarity, and vision
Qualifications
5-8 years of product management experience in Payments, SaaS, or e-commerce
Strong academic background IIT/IIM or equivalent Tier-1 institute preferred
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Metrics-first mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, Amplitude, GA, or Mixpanel
High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
Criteria
Education - B.Tech + MBA (IIM / IIT)
