Description:This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates with excellent communication skills in Hindi with English .

5 months contract basis August to DECEMBER 31st 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer chat and calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to orders, returns, payments, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1 year in a customer service or voice process role (Mandatory) with joining letter and relieving letter docs.
• Education: Under-Graduates
• Languages: Proficient in Hindi with English
• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Assessment: Typing & AMCAT
• 3 Rounds

System Requirements (Mandatory):

• Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
• Webcam and UPS required
• Internet speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
• Noise-cancelling headset
• EDR installation and SHL system check report required

Salary & Benefits:
