• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
  
• Address queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service experience
  
• Adhere to call quality and productivity standards
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process
  
• Education: Minimum qualification 12th Pass (No current students)
  
• Skills Required:
  
• Excellent spoken English communication
  
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
