Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced UX-first Designer with strong UI capabilities to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate should come from a product-based company or a tech-driven AI company, with a deep understanding of user experience principles and a passion for solving real user problems through thoughtful, intuitive design.
You will own the end-to-end UX processfrom user research and problem definition to wireframes, testing, and final interface design.
What You Will Do:
Lead UX discovery efforts, including user interviews, persona creation, empathy mapping, and journey mapping
Define problems, identify pain points, and design seamless, user-centric experiences
Conduct usability testing and use data to validate and iterate design decisions
Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life
Ensure consistent design patterns, intuitive workflows, and accessibility across all touchpoints
Translate business goals into impactful design strategies that improve customer engagement
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in product-based or AI/technology companies
Proven track record in solving complex UX challenges across web and mobile platforms
Strong command of UX research methodologies and human-centered design principles
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design iteration
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Miro, Adobe After Effects, etc.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus
Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Portfolio demonstrating user research, UX process, and final UI outcomes is mandatory
