Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science and AI project execution and delivery.
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: predictive modeling, NLP, Gen AI, LLM-based applications.
- Experience in Gen AI solutions including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
- Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Data Engineering tools and pipelines (Spark, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, etc.)
- Experience in handling structured and unstructured data.
- Exposure to MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.)
- AI/ML-related certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
