Job Title: CAD Design Data Specialist Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Location: On-site - Gurugram

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: SoftAge is looking to hire Mechanical or Industrial Engineers with CAD expertise to contribute to a high-impact AI training project for a global client. Engineers will use standard CAD tools to execute realistic design tasks, record design actions, and annotate processes for training AI foundation models.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on mechanical and industrial design tasks using tools like Fusion 360 (F3D), SolidWorks, etc.

Record all actions, design intent, and decisions in the required format during the design process.

Evaluate existing CAD models and provide technical and/or aesthetic feedback as requested.

Collaborate with internal leads and client team to follow task specifications accurately.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Industrial Engineering.

Proficiency in CAD software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.

Ability to create and modify 3D CAD models with clarity of design intent.

Experience in documenting design workflows and decisions is preferred.

Good communication skills and ability to follow structured tasks.

Prior experience in design annotation or working in AI data environments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits: Monthly Pay: 6LPA to 7.5LPA
