Job Description
We are Looking for a Technical Project Coordinator with a strong understanding of project management and at least one year of experience in AWS. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define goals, and prepare project plans.
- Track project progress using tools like JIRA, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Monitor and manage issues, risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide timely status updates to internal teams and clients.
- Coordinate with AWS teams and cloud engineers to ensure effective resource utilization and alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate release planning, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3 -6 years of experience working as Project coordinator in a client-facing role.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in AWS projects (coordination, migration, deployment, or operations). AWS skills is preferred.
- Strong project coordination skills and a structured approach to managing deliverables.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; able to interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
