Capita is hiring for HR Apprentice - Statutory Compliance for MBA Freshers (Labour Laws)
Job Description:
Respond to employee and ex-employee queries related to statutory compliance, payroll, Provident Fund (PF), and Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
Assist in processing death benefit settlements through PF/ESIC offices for nominees.
Approve online PF transfer requests on the EPFO portal.
Monitor and maintain the e-Nomination status across the organization.
Process online joint declarations and initiate requests from the employers end when required.
Coordinate with compliance vendors for ESIC Temporary Identity Card (TIC) issuance.
Monitor and manage Statutory Compliance Kit for joiners.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of statutory compliance processes (PF, ESIC, etc.) is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Saturday and Sunday week-off
Both way Cab facilities
Only MBA Freshers / MBA internship experience folks will be considered.
