Job Title- Business Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present compelling business proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring targets are met.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enhance business offerings and expand market reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to business growth.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of budgets related to business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in Media business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
