Whats this role about?

* Configure and manage **Microsoft Intune**, including policies, profiles, compliance, and conditional access.
* Administer MDM solutions for **iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS** devices.
* Implement and manage **device enrollment**, **app deployment**, **update policies**, and **security baselines**.
* Ensure **compliance** with internal security policies and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
* Create and maintain **PowerShell scripts** for automation and bulk operations.
* Troubleshoot device issues, enrollment errors, and policy conflicts.
* Collaborate with InfoSec and IT teams to enhance endpoint security posture.
* Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide documentation.
* Manage **Autopilot** deployment, **BitLocker encryption**, **Windows Update for Business**, and **Endpoint Analytics**.
* Provide user support and training as needed.

Core Skills:

7 to 10years of experience in **Microsoft Intune**, **Endpoint Manager**, or equivalent MDM platforms.
* Strong knowledge of **Azure Active Directory**, **Conditional Access**, and **Group Policy Objects (GPOs)**.
* Experience with **Windows 10/11**, **macOS**, **iOS**, and **Android** device management.
* Familiarity with **PowerShell scripting** for automation.
* Understanding of mobile application management (MAM) and BYOD policies.
* Experience with **Autopilot**, **Co-Management**, **Defender for Endpoint**, and **Microsoft 365 security settings**.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
