Responsibilities: - * Architect and design robust C++ solutions for Windows-based enterprise applications. * Lead the migration of legacy COM applications to modern platforms or Cloud environments. * Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate it into technical design. * Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of critical issues. * Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC. * Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for modernization. * Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and maintainability standards. * Document architecture decisions, migration strategies, and technical specifications.Experience: - * 8 - 10 YearsLocation: - * Pune * Chennai * Mumbai * Bangalore * HyderabadEducational Qualifications: - * Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc.Skills: -Mandatory Technical Skills: - * Proficiency in C++ (including modern C++ standards like C++11/14/17) * In-depth understanding of Windows internals, Win32 API, and system-level programming * Expertise in COM/DCOM architecture, ATL, and ActiveX controls * Proven experience in legacy system migration (e.g.: from desktop to Cloud or modern platforms) * Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and system integration * Experience in performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools * Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVNGood to Have Skills: - * Knowledge of .NET interoperability with COM * Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker) * Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines * Understanding of security protocols and secure coding practices * Experience in cross-platform development (e.g.: using Qt or similar frameworks) * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Our commitmentTo combine the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding.
