Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring within the Indian IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, sourcing, and negotiation skills to identify and place top IT talent with client organizations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Handle C2C and C2H hiring models efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational and client policies.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and technical fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client technical panels.
- Negotiate compensation, billing rates, and contractual terms with candidates and vendors.
- Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple skill sets.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships for candidate sourcing and C2C engagement.
- Track and manage the recruitment process through ATS or Excel-based trackers.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in domestic IT recruitment with a focus on C2C and C2H hiring.
- Excellent understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity etc.).
- Experience working with third-party vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Has good skills on MS office
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience working in a staffing/recruitment consultancy or IT services company.
- Familiarity with contract hiring models and employment laws in India.
