  • Undergraduate/Graduate
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Retention & Upselling
  • International voice experience (Telecom domain only)

Shift Details:

  • UK Rotational Shifts
  • 2 Rotational Offs
  • Comfortable with Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone
  • Resolve concerns and retain existing customers
  • Upsell telecom products/services
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer handling and persuasion skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
