Education Qualification -At least Commerce Graduate
Job Description
1. Good knowledge of Travel and Expense process including activities like Monthly Recons, Cash advance, Payment file creation/ ensuring successful payment runs, Taxability calculation etc
2. Educating end-users on the travel and expense process and assisting them as needed.
3. Preparing reports and monthly Dashboards.
4. Resolving expense submission issues and concerns.
5. Extensive knowledge of T&E system (SAP and Concur) and related software.
6. Good written/verbal skillset for business communications/meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
7. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

- Fluent in business English; both written and verbal communication skills essential
- Managerial and Soft Skills
- Open to work in Flexible Shifts & Hybrid Work Environment
- Extended hours may be required in meet deadlines. Would be required to work with colleagues across different geographies and time zones
- Must demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, internal controls and data privacy
- Should be a Good Team Player & Process driven person
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and able to work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment
