Job Description

Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display), and programmatic advertising platforms
  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaign strategies to achieve MQL and pipeline generation targets
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to improve results
  • Ensure maximum ROI by continuously refining targeting, messaging, and budgets.
  • Collaborate on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, creating targeted campaigns for high-value prospect accounts.
  • Stay up to date on best practices within Google, LinkedIn advertising, and other digital ad platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platform analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Create comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports featuring key metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline attribution
  • Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign data analysis
Campaign Support:
  • Support end-to-end campaign project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and web teams to develop and optimize campaign assets
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure proper scheduling across all channels
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, etc.) and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
