Job Description

ICERTIS Solutions is looking for Senior Software Engineer - Customer Support (Tech.) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  1. Develop high-quality software design and architecture
  2. Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
  3. Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
  4. Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
  5. Review and debug code
  6. Perform validation and verification testing
  7. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
  8. Document development phases and monitor systems
  9. Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
  10. Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team members.
  11. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing content supply portfolio of applications and services.
  12. Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.
  13. Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
  14. Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.
  15. Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
  16. Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
  17. Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
  18. Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
