Job Description

Project Role: Product Support Advisor

Experience: 4-8 Years

Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai(Hybrid)

Skills: SQL, MDM, ETL, L2/L3 Production Support

Shifts: Rotational

Key responsibilities:

Test, debug and potentially automate ETL processes using PL/SQL and Json.

Support the production deliverables and investigating production issues.

Communicate with immediate supervisor and other project team members on the status of work in progress, both verbal and written communication

Work very closely on production database/environment

Update project, system, and other technical documents, as required

Work in any of the shifts as demand by project

Education: Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Required Technical Skills:

Extensive experience in production L2/L3 support

Excellent debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills

Very good understanding about the production timelines

Preferred experience in any MDM technologies

Extensive experience with SQL, Java, Python, Json scripts and unix scripts.

Hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL with the ability to write and tune complex SQL queries in large volume of data in production database

Hands-on experience with any ETL tool such as Informatica, Talend, etc.

Experience in any production issues ticketing tool

Preferred Reltio MDM knowledge

Very good communication skill to interact with client
