Job Description
Oversee the overall QA function, including monitoring and supervising production and QA activities.
Ensure that Quality Assurance plans, systems, and procedures for all stages of manufacturing are compliant with FSSAI regulations.
Maintain documentation as per ISO requirements.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety in all handling and preparation areas.
Establish and oversee Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleaning/sanitization programs.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all relevant processes.
Create and monitor sampling and testing plans, ensuring product conformity and maintaining records.
Address non-conformities, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Train food handlers to enhance understanding of Quality & GMP requirements among quality, production, and maintenance personnel.
Build understanding of Quality & GMP requirements among quality, production, and maintenance personnel through training. Derive and implement plans to monitor compliance.
Conduct regular audits to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective measures
