We have openings for Project Engineer - Civil in Inorbit Mall, Vadodara.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large scale projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be incharge of the works for the new project.
- Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control.
- Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines.
- Review and approve construction, purchase, installation and commissioning.
- Coordination between architects and contractors.
- Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
- MIS reporting on project progress.
KEY SKILLS:
- Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in construction (Labour laws / municipal regulations etc)
- Excellent administration & execution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Projects.
