Job Description

• TSSA Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with BMC BladeLogic Server Automation (TSSA/BSA)Proficiency in scripting (eg, Shell, PowerShell, BLPackage
• Familiarity with patch management processes and compliance frameworks
• Experience with API development and integration (REST/SOAP, authentication, JSON/XML handling)
• Experience integrating TSSA with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Understanding of server OS platforms: Windows, RHEL, SUSE, Unix
• Knowledge of CyberArk and Saacon IAM for access provisioning

Key Responsibilities

• Automation: Develop and maintain TSSA jobs to automate SRs such as AD pre-checks, Citrix service restarts, OShealth checks, and patching workflows
• Workflow Integration: Collaborate with ServiceNow (SNOW), Alcatraz, TOSCA, and other ATF tools to ensureseamless end-to-end automation
• Use Case Development: Translate SOPs and customer-specific requirements into executable automation flows
• Onboarding & Intake: Participate in onboarding new use cases by completing intake forms, reviewing requirementsand efforts
• API Integration: Design and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration between orchestration toolsand external platforms (eg, ServiceNow, CMDB, monitoring tools)
• Documentation & Support: Maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot automation issues, and supportcontinuous improvement of orchestration frameworks
