Job Description

• Processing payroll & compensation in a large sector of operation
• Ensure timely payment of pension for local staff
• Daily attendance verification with analysis through bio-metric system
• Recruitment of staff, labour or drivers with the relevant standard process of engagement
• Build and maintaining positive relationships between staff, laborer & the Management with a pleasant personality.
• Conflict resolution at workplace through subsequent investigations and disciplinary measures.
• Candidate must be fluent in English communication and conversant with writing letters/Notices and emails.
• Making alignment with the relevant regulatory laws and compliances.
• Managing of company vehicles and drivers that are used for operation
• Handle recruitment of staff, Visa processing, Air Ticket booking, medical treatment
• Managing the leave records for employees & labour.
• Managing Visa, work permit processing and keeping record for employees insurance
• Ensure timely payment of electricity bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
