Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Role and Key Responsibilities:
Tech Leads will proactively work as a team on closed Azure cases. This will involve:
- Analysing incident trends.
- Identifying what the root cause of the incidents were as part of problem management.
- Putting remedial actions in place to present the issue from reoccurring in the future.
- Presenting their findings back to MSFT CSAMs, which will require a good level of technical writing.
Tech Leads will provide coverage globally with the exception of Japan and will work local Indian hours.

Preferred candidate profile
Key skills & knowledge:
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills. Strong customer service focus.
- Engage professionally and confidently with enterprise-level customers in a complex business environment.
- Communicates complex concepts and issues effectively, selecting appropriate language, tone and format for the audience.
- Preferred technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- >1 year Azure technical support experience.
- Deep understanding of PCs and operating systems relevant to Microsoft products, strongly developed analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, Operating Systems, Networking, SharePoint and Microsoft Office Product Suites
