Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibility:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, research, design) to deliver user-facing functionality.
• Optimize systems for scale, speed, and reliability.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Python (plus optionally Go, Java, or C++).
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and team knowledge sharing

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Python, plus experience or familiarity with Go, Java, or C++.
• Solid software development fundamentals: algorithms, OOP/design patterns, version control (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), REST APIs, and web frameworks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; quickly ramp up on new tools and frameworks
