Bakery Manager @ Zomato Hyperpure

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
  
• Commercialized new products designed by NPD team..
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company policies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, processing, packaging, and logistics.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventory management, cost control, and supply chain optimization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry (bakery or confectionery).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology (B.Sc), MS/M.Sc(Science) or Master's degree in Food Technology from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of bakery products manufacturing processes including mixing techniques, oven temperature control systems etc.
