Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau and presentation development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating interactive dashboards, and delivering impact presentations to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
• Tableau Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards that effectively visualize data and communicate insights.
• Translate complex data findings into easy-to-understand visual stories using charts, graphs, and infographics.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated on Tableau best practices and industry trends to continuously improve reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst,Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tableau and experience with creating complex, interactive dashboards.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with proficiency in tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of .NET core, C# and MVC is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
