Job Description
Designation: Sr. Experience Designer (UX + Visual Designer)
Location: Noida
Experience: 3-7 years
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will shape intuitive, engaging, and innovative user experiences across our digital platforms. They would work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, creation of wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
What youll do:
- Design visually appealing user interfaces for a range of digital products viz. Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile
- Work on Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud along with project management tools like JIRA and Asana
- Dissect complex requirements to simplify and abstract it for easy digestion
- Take feedback and rapidly prototype visual designs
- Communicate well to listen and understand needs to make projects successful
- Demonstrate the capacity to work well in a team environment and individually with little direction
- Interact with and influence team members and business partners at all levels
What you need:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in Experience Design (UX + VD) in reputed organizations working on digital platforms
- Formal education or training in interaction design from reputed institutes like NIDs, IITs, SID or equivalent and brilliant problem-solving abilities with a passion for great design and storytelling
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Command over Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to dissect complex concepts and interpret them visually to create engaging presentations
- Experience of working cross-functionally with various teams
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
