Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd., with 6-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
