• Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound).
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
• Provide accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
• Flexibility to work rotational night shifts from office.
