RPA Developer @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA360) and UiPath to automate business processes.
• Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend RPA solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Design RPA architecture and workflows, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Implementation: Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Training: Train and mentor junior developers and business users on RPA tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in RPA development, with expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA360) and UiPath.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in RPA tools, including Automation Anywhere (AA360) and UiPath. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Certification in Automation Anywhere (AA360) and UiPath.
• Other : Experience of working understanding of github and agile methodologies.
