Shift & Salary

• 24/7 rotational shifts (9-hour login)
• 2 rotational week-offs
• Salary: Up to 28,000/- ( Approx 23 to 24k ih)

Job Overview

Teleperformance is hiring for its Chat Support Team to handle customer queries related to fraud, disputes, and general banking services in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via chat.
• Handle fraud/dispute-related issues accurately.
• Maintain service quality and data confidentiality.
• Document chats and escalate complex cases.
  

Requirements

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Good written English communication
• Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
• Cluster 2/Banking experience is a plus
