Senior Engineer - QA Manual @ Iris Software

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer- QA Manual to join our team at IRIS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in manual testing and quality assurance.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Design and implement automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
• Analyze and report defects found during testing, providing detailed bug reports.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct performance and stress testing to ensure scalability and reliability.

• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with manual testing techniques, including black box and white box testing.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium is desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
