Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our W2 consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing agencies across the United States. This role demands strong relationship-building skills, a good understanding of the US staffing market, and a proactive approach to placing candidates on projects quickly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants to partners and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors to generate consistent leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding a strong vendor/client network.
  • Submit qualified resumes to job requirements, follow up regularly, and schedule interviews.
  • Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain a database of consultants, including their skills, availability, and project history.
  • Regularly update consultants about new opportunities and manage expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Track placements and generate reports on submissions, interviews, and closures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT), and employment compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and ensuring quick turnaround times.
  • Existing vendor/client databases are a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)

US Time Zone (EST/CST/PST, depending on client requirements)
