Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is seeking experienced professionals for UK,US & Australian International Voice & Chat Process roles. As a key member of our team, you will handle international customer interactions, providing excellent service and support.


Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice or chat processes

- Undergraduates with relevant experience are eligible to apply

- Ability to work in rotational shifts
