Position: Non-Voice Content Moderator (Trust & Safety)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year to Maximum 3 years in complete Chat Process
  
• Strong command over written English communication
  

Educational Qualification:

• Only Bachelors Graduates (10 + 2 + 3) eligible
  
• Candidates with diplomas or pending backlogs are not eligible
  

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle chat-based support for content moderation
  
• Monitor and review user-generated content based on platform guidelines
  
• Ensure a safe and trustworthy experience for platform users
  
• Take appropriate action on flagged content as per policy
  

Shift Details:

• US Rotational Shifts
  
• 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs
  

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to 4.7 LPA
  
• Performance-Based Incentives available
