Job Description
- As a Rebranding Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming and reformatting a multitude of subscription documents and forms to adhere to Blue Owl branding guidelines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the brand identity throughout the rebranding process. Your responsibilities will include rebranding a substantial volume of documents and forms, making sure that all content is in line with the established branding guidelines. You will utilize tools such as Word, Adobe, or InDesign to craft visually engaging and user-friendly materials. The final deliverables should be in high-quality, fillable PDF format. Collaboration with the Investor Operations team is essential to ensure that the rebranded materials meet both design and content expectations. You will be expected to manage tight timelines and deliverables efficiently, meeting all deadlines effectively. Your input and recommendations on improving the quality of documents will be highly valued. While a professional background in graphic design and experience in the financial services industry are advantageous, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and PDF creation software is essential. You should possess the ability to work independently, think creatively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management skills, the capacity to handle large volumes of work, and a high level of professionalism are key requirements for this role. As a proactive and innovative self-starter, you will be expected to hold a Bachelor's degree and be available during US Eastern working hours.,
