Role Purpose The primary objective of this role is to provide solutions that bridge the gap between technology and business expertise in order to deliver client solutions effectively. Responsibilities - Act as a liaison between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise. - Lead end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, including business requirement management, integration, configuration, and production deployment. - Assess the feasibility of new change requirements and offer optimal solutions to clients within specified timelines. - Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, including building entire systems from scratch. - Collaborate with solutioning teams on architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation processes. - Understand and implement both functional and technical designs and architectures on ERP systems. - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production. - Translate business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technologies into ERP solutions. - Develop code according to established standards and select appropriate implementation methodologies. - Provide product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving client queries and technical issues. - Develop and deploy automation tools and solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. - Act as a bridge between technical and functional project requirements, offering solutioning and advice to clients or internal teams. - Support on-site managers by providing necessary details regarding changes and offering off-site support. Skill Development and Competency Building - Clear Wipro exams and obtain internal certifications to enhance skills regularly. - Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional and technical domains. - Author papers, articles, case studies, and publish them on the company's intranet platform. Performance Metrics 1. Contribution to Customer Projects: Quality, SLA adherence, ETA compliance, number of tickets resolved, problems solved, change requests implemented, zero customer escalations, and CSAT scores. 2. Automation: Process optimization, reduction in steps, and decrease in the number of tickets raised. 3. Skill Upgradation: Number of completed trainings and certifications, and quantity of papers and articles written quarterly.
