Job Description
What Were Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is required.
- Proficient in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Test-driven development.
- Over 15 years of experience, with at least 8 years in designing enterprise products, modern data stacks, and analytics platforms.
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience contributing to application architecture and design, demonstrating knowledge of software and enterprise integration design patterns, along with full-stack knowledge of modern distributed front-end and back-end technology stacks.
- At least 8 years of full-stack development experience in modern web technologies, including proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, as well as experience with various database systems.
- A thorough understanding of distributed computing concepts.
- Experience in designing transactional systems, data warehouses, data lakes, and data integrations within a big data ecosystem, particularly leveraging cloud technologies.
- A passionate, intelligent, and articulate developer.
- Familiarity with various front-end frameworks and libraries.
- A quality-first mindset, with a strong background in developing products for a global audience at scale.
- Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and strong oral and written communication abilities, with a proven ability to influence both IT and business partners.
- Superior knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong verbal and writing proficiency.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including SAFe.
- A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience contributing to application architecture and design, with proven software and enterprise integration design principles.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong verbal and writing proficiency.
- Ability to train and mentor others.
