Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Strong Knowledge:- Wealth Product, PMS (Mutual Fund, SIP, Bond, Unlisted Share, Insurance, AIF)

Business Growth & Revenue Generation Develop strategies to increase revenue, customer base, and wallet share.

Drive cross-selling & upselling of financial products to HNI clients.

Achieve sales and revenue targets for each branch.

Branch Operations & Compliance Ensure seamless branch operations with a focus on customer experience and efficiency.

Implement and monitor SOPs for key processes like account opening & trade execution.

Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.

Customer Relationship & Retention Enhance client retention and AUM through engagement strategies.

Offer personalized wealth management solutions. Oversee Relationship Managers to ensure top-tier client service
