QA Automation Engineer - Python with Selenium @ Qentelli

Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for QA Automation Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Python and Selenium to automate functional and API test cases across a complex financial web application.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Selenium. 
• Automate functional and API test cases across multiple modules and environments. 
• Ensure timely test coverage aligned with sprint releases. 
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot and stabilize scripts. 
• Handle data-driven testing using production-like test data and database queries. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of automation experience using Python and Selenium. 
• Strong understanding of financial terminology (e.g., amortization schedules, balance sheets, P&L, loan processing). 
• Hands-on experience with test execution across multiple environments. 
• Familiarity with cross-browser automation (Chrome, Edge). 
• Good understanding of Git, Jenkins, or any CI/CD pipelines. 
• Ability to work in an agile environment with proactive issue resolution.
