Role & responsibilities
# Build and maintain strong relationships with external doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and local healthcare providers.
# Visit referring doctors regularly to promote hospital services, facilities, and new consultants.
Educate external doctors about hospital specialties, super-specialty services, health packages, and upcoming camps or events.
# Ensure prompt follow-up and feedback to referring doctors after patient visits or admissions.
Coordinate with internal hospital departments (OPD/IPD) to ensure referred patients are well-managed.
# Track and maintain referral data, including source, service availed, and patient outcome.
Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education), doctors meets, and referral appreciation programs.
# Share timely MIS reports on referral volumes and referral patterns with the management.
Identify new referral opportunities and areas for business growth.
# Handle any issues or concerns raised by referring doctors in a professional and timely manner.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Referral Marketing Executive to strengthen our doctor referral network and grow patient footfall through medical practitioners, clinics, and local healthcare providers.
