Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments.
  • Identify and address denials by investigating root causes and resubmitting claims as necessary.
  • Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
