Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up.

Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow.

Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments.

Identify and address denials by investigating root causes and resubmitting claims as necessary.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
