Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
Design and deliver training sessions on various topics.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
