About the Role:
We're looking for an AI-Powered Social Media Automation & Systems Lead to design and build advanced automation infrastructure for social media content creation and distribution at scale.
In this role, you will combine AI content generation with custom-built automation systems using n8n, GitHub-based no-code/low-code frameworks, and API integrations moving beyond pre-made SaaS tools to create fully controlled, scalable, and hands-off solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Content Creation
- Develop automated pipelines to generate short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) using AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia) and integrate these outputs into broader workflows.
- Automate generation of captions, hashtags, and variants tailored to each platform.
- Implement logic to auto-remix and repurpose top-performing content (e.g., rehooking, resizing, re-captioning).
System Design & Automation (n8n + GitHub workflows)
- Build robust, fully automated cross-platform publishing pipelines using n8n, Airtable, and other no-code/low-code tools hosted or orchestrated via GitHub.
- Design scalable multi-account scheduling systems with secure token management, dynamic caption rotation, and staggered publishing.
- Develop custom logic flows, API integrations, and automated checks/updates beyond simple Zapier-level automations.
AI Agent & Automation Development
- Build advanced AI agents (not just basic bots) using frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain, or custom approaches to handle end-to-end planning, scheduling, and iterative adjustments.
- Integrate systems with tools like Notion and Google Calendar for automated content planning and status tracking.
Social Listening & Analytics
- Set up social listening pipelines to capture brand mentions, hashtags, and trend signals.
- Build real-time analytics dashboards (e.g., Airtable-based) to track engagement (views, likes, shares, saves) and automatically inform content remixing or re-posting strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building end-to-end automated social media systems using n8n, GitHub-based workflows, or other advanced no-code/low-code automation frameworks.
- Strong technical skills integrating AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, HeyGen, Synthesia) into custom pipelines.
- Deep understanding of cross-platform publishing automation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X.
- Experience developing and maintaining secure API integrations and multi-account management systems.
- Ability to design scalable, self-healing, and hands-off automation architectures.
- Strategic mindset focused on system design, efficiency, and scale rather than brand partnerships or influencer deals.
Preferred:
- Experience with avatar-based UGC workflows and AI-driven video strategies.
- Familiarity with building smart repurposing logic and real-time content scoring systems.
- Background in managing large-scale multi-account social operations.
